Villa Melazzano Cultural Centre
Immerse yourself in Tuscan culture while enjoying a
vacation in the bucolic Chianti countryside. We offer a one week residential
Tuscan cooking course together with intensive Italian
lessons, all located at the historical villa Melazzano near Greve in
Chianti, half way between Florence and Sienna, in the centre of the
Chianti Classico wine zone. Accommodation is provided in vacation
apartments in the buildings adjacent to the Villa where the courses
take place. You will have time to relax by our pool, visit the
surrounding towns and villages and one of the Tuscan cooking
lessons takes place at the famous Panzano macellaria of Dario Cecchini.

Our Tuscan cooking course consists of hands-on lessons in traditional Tuscan cooking and needless to say a popular aspect of these Tuscan cookery lessons is that you enjoy eating the products of your labours for lunch.
Our intensive Italian lessons are provided by an
experienced, professionally qualified teacher. Since every individual learns in
a unique way, she will offer a variety of different approaches to enable everyone to make the best of the Italian language course. There are two class levels, one for beginners and one for those for who want to continue ongoing studies the Italian language and culture.
